Water is a God-given right.

CHROST WATER provides clean, sustainable water solutions to underserved communities. Driven by faith, we are building a way to make water free for anyone in need.

Our number one priority

Free water, funded three ways

Handing out cases of water isn't sustainable on its own. Our plan funds free water for the long run.

1

Sponsors

Businesses advertise on the face of the bottle, so every free bottle carries a local message.

2

Electrolyte drink

Sales of our electrolyte drink option fund the free-water mission directly.

3

Donations

Gifts from neighbors fund equipment, bottling, and delivery.

Where the water goes:

Where we're headed

Big goals for our communities

These are goals we are working toward. They are not built yet, and every gift moves them closer.

Our own bottling facility

Packaging water straight from the source cuts emissions, creates local jobs, lowers maintenance costs, speeds turnaround, and gives us one water and filtration system to test for quality.

Saltwater desalination

Our long-term vision is a desalination plant that could give back up to 30 million gallons of water every day.

Clean power, smarter brine

We plan to run on solar and avoid grid power at community peak hours, partnering with local solar farms. We're also exploring using the salt from desalination in sodium-ion batteries instead of dumping brine.

Why Florida needs this

Florida's rapid growth is putting pressure on the aquifers that supply its fresh water. EPA WaterSense estimates the average American uses around 82 gallons of water per day at home, and that demand adds up quickly as more families arrive.

A project this big takes a community of thinkers, doers, helpers, and leaders. We the people can make this happen. It can also create jobs for those in need.

Our story

How we started

Founder Dustin Wouters of Winter Haven, Florida, felt called to this mission on Christmas Day 2024. After donating many cases of water, he saw that it wasn't sustainable and that someone at the end of the chain was profiting from all of it. So he built a plan to make free water real, powered by community give-back.

Today, CHROST WATER is a startup nonprofit founded in 2025 and recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity (EIN 39-3547812). We are building a plan that everyday Americans can stand behind.
